1. ASSURED WILLS can only accept your instructions if:
• You have full mental capacity
• You are over the age of eighteen years
• You are domiciled in England or Wales
• Your forms are completed fully and signed and dated
2. ASSURED WILLS reserves the right to refuse to process any submitted Will questionnaire or prepare any Will at its absolute discretion
3. ASSURED WILLS will prepare your Will based on the information you have provided and will not be liable for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions
4. ASSURED WILLS will return your Wills to you within 5 working days of receipt of your completed questionnaire
5. ASSURED WILLS will provide you with written instructions on how to execute your Wills and accepts no liability for these instructions not being carried out fully.
6. ASSURED WILLS Probate Service is provided by Kings Court Trust Corporation and/or SWW Trust Corporation
7. ASSURED WILLS are covered by £2.5 million Professional Idemnity (P.I.) Insurance Cover and £1 million Public Liability Cover.
8. FEES - Our fees are very competitive and also very individual. As we offer a broad range of services, we cannot give a quote until we know exactly what YOU require. This is established and a fee agreed at your FREE consultation. You are under NO
obligation at anytime.

10. Privacy Policy - ASSURED WILLS will not share your personal details with any third party. Your data shall only be used to supply you with information that you have requested or to promote the services offered and marketed by ASSURED WILLS.
11. ASSURED WILLS confirms that in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 your personal information will only be used for the drafting of your Will and will not be passed onto any third party. We will only keep your information on our database to enable us to update your Will should you request us to do so. Should you wish us to delete this information from our records, this should be done in writing.
