Power of Attorney
When individuals become unable to look after their own affairs, it is possible for someone else to be appointed as their "attorney(s)". This is useful where an elderly person has suffered an incapacitating illness or accident which makes them unable to make or carry out decisions about their financial affairs.

Living Will (Advanced Decision)
This a document in which a person, whilst still competent, gives directions as to what should happen if and when he or she becomes incapable of taking responsibility for his or her own health care. It is usually made with the object of ensuring that, should a patient find himself or herself in a state of terminal illness and incapacity, no procedures designed to prolong or sustain life will be used.
Guardianship Protection Scheme
Because raising children is very expensive, It is considerate to provide a fund of money so as to not financially burden the Guardians and at the same time ensuring your children do not miss out. This is usually provided by a life insurance policy that is set aside and placed in trust to be used by the Guardians of your children after your death. This allows the Guardians to receive an income for looking after your children, this money is usually also used to pay for school trips, holidays, Christmas’ and birthdays. In certain cases it has been used to build a house extension to accommodate the children.

Pre-Paid Funeral Plans
This allows you to plan your funeral in advance. Because the cost of funerals are expensive and tend to increase higher than the rate of inflation, Paying for your funeral in advance lets you secure a funeral in the future at today’s prices thus saving you money.

Probate (Executor Service)
By appointing us as your Executors (or if you are acting as an Executor and need assistance) you can be sure that your estate will be handled in a sympathetic, efficient and professional manner. There may be complicated legal and Taxation matters which require specialist knowledge.
